Innersoul is a sophisticated R&B / Fair Oaks Old School dance band whose soulfully artistic renditions of R&B and Fair Oaks Latin dance classics arouse dancers of all musical persuasions. The Fair Oaks dance band creates soulful dance grooves that are pure emotional fire! “Innersoul” has become Fair Oaks’s most captivating, energetic and entertaining musical group. The band’s sets are arranged to keep Fair Oaks audience dancing to old school and latin music.

Innersoul has appeared in a variety of venues throughout Fair Oaks such as nightclubs, dance club, restaurants, hotel ballrooms, city parks, state and county fairs and casinos.

Fair Oaks’ uniqueness also stems from its existing business core and town center, known as the Fair Oaks Village. The village is home to narrow winding roads, rolling hills, an open-air amphitheatre, and a historic plaza of historic buildings full of unique galleries and shops. The village shares the similar characteristics one could find in a small town atmosphere. The Plaza Park Amphitheatre, located in the Village, is the main site of the Fair Oaks Theatre Festival, one of the diverse outdoor community theatres in the area. The village area is also the site of the annual Fiesta Days, an event celebrating the residents of Fair Oaks; the 2003 theme is Families and F.

The community’s land-use decisions are made by the Fair Oaks Community Planning Council, a seven-member body appointed by district by the County Board of Supervisors. One of four pilot councils, the group meets monthly to vote on issues ranging from lot-splits to cell phone towers
