Innersoul is a sophisticated R&B / West Sacramento Old School dance band whose soulfully artistic renditions of R&B and West Sacramento Latin dance classics arouse dancers of all musical persuasions. The West Sacramento dance band creates soulful dance grooves that are pure emotional fire! “Innersoul” has become West Sacramento’s most captivating, energetic and entertaining musical group. The band’s sets are arranged to keep West Sacramento audience dancing to old school and latin music.

Innersoul has appeared in a variety of venues throughout West Sacramento such as nightclubs, dance club, restaurants, hotel ballrooms, city parks, state and county fairs and casinos.

In March, 2006, IKEA opened a store in West Sacramento near Reed Avenue and Interstate 80 in the Riverpoint Shopping Center. The largest Wal-Mart Supercenter in California opened June 13, 2007, right next to IKEA. On November 15, 2007 a Home Depot opened in the Riverpoint Shopping Center, next to Wal-Mart and IKEA. Target opened a new store at the Southport Shopping Center directly across from Nugget Market, an upscale grocery store headquartered in Woodland , CA. A Lowe's Home Improvement Center just west of Target, behind Arlington Oaks is nearing completion.

A brand new Holiday Inn Express is located on Evergreen Avenue between West Capitol Avenue and US 50. An Extended Stay America Inn is located off the Reed Avenue exit off of Interstate 80. There is also a Best Western and a Motel 6 in town. For many years West Sacramento boasted that it had over 1000 hotel rooms; most of them less than classy. West Sacramento is also home to Wag Hotel, an exclusive pet hotel which caters to dogs and cats in a upscale boarding facility located on Enterprise Blvd.
